What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our standard MOQ is 50 metres per fabric, colour and weave. For custom-developed ranges we can discuss project-based minimums.
Do you provide free sample swatches?+
Yes. We dispatch physical swatches from partner mills within 48 hours so you can evaluate the hand, shade and construction before committing to a bulk order.
What are your typical lead times?+
In-stock colourways usually ship within 5–7 working days. Custom dyeing or exclusive weaves are quoted case by case, typically 2–4 weeks.
Are your fabrics fire-retardant certified?+
Our Fire Retardant range is FR treated and documented for compliance, suitable for hospitality, aviation and contract interiors. Certification paperwork is supplied with the order.
Can you develop a custom fabric or colourway?+
Yes. We develop exclusive weaves and colourways for manufacturers with recurring volume. Share a reference swatch or Pantone and our team will scope it.
Do you ship across India?+
We deliver Pan-India from the mill, with quality documentation on every roll. International shipping is available on request for bulk contracts.
How is pricing structured?+
Because we source directly from mills, you pay mill pricing with no agent markup. Volume brackets and recurring-order rates are available — ask your account manager.
